Depo shot
I have been on the depo shot for a year and a half now and I’ve been with my boyfriend for 7 months. Before that, I wasn’t very active. I was just on the shot because of my periods. But now that I am more active, I get a lot of irregular bleeding. I have spotting at least 3/4 times a month and it’s very frustrating. I’m not sure what I should do.
