Any suggestions on what colour I should go to blend in my grey regrowth ? So sick of dying my hair every 3 weeks and it’s damaging my hair badly. I keep dying it a level 4 chocolate. Anyone have similar regrowth hair colour ? What colour do you dye?

You could try henna, it's a natural dye and doesn't damage your hair.

Time to go blonde! Unfortunately unless you want to do you hair that often it is really difficult to keep the hair darker with the percentage of grey you have. I would recommend to have them do a base color or what is called an "on and off" then highlight "balayage style" and low lights that are warmer toned so you hair can still feel darker then being bright blonde. If you want to stay this dark I recommend to at least do the new growth area on the part and hair line every 2 or 3 week and the full head 4 weeks. It will be more difficult to maintain though. From my experience as a colorist the clients that come in the most often are ones that want to keep a solid all over color with no dimension.

Going blonde or adding highlights would allow for longer in between touch ups. Staying dark will just show the grey more.

I have found blonde hides grey very well and the upkeep is easier. Highlights and lowlights (blonde with a warm brown)!
