This was my first cycle TTC with my RE, we did letrozole with timed intercourse. I had 3 failed IUIs with clomid last year with by OBGYN. The plan was to proceed with an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> my next cycle if I didn’t get pregnant. I didn’t-af came today. But I’ve read where letrozole can become more affective after a few cycles on it. I think I want to try timed intercourse with the letrozole for a couple more months until we do more IUIs. My blood work was good and we did confirm ovulation. I’m going to talk to my RE and see what she thinks of course
