Feeling nauseous after miscarriage started?

Question

I had some really mild nausea before I started bleeding. I'm on the third day of bleeding now and went to the doctor yesterday who confirmed I'm most likely having a miscarriage. But since last night the nausea has been worse. My HCG was only 30iu yesterday afternoon. 
Is it just a normal miscarriage Symptom? 
I'm feeling so unwell both physically and mentally 😭😭 I just want this to be done and over with!

It’s going to take time for the hormones to leave your system. Same thing is happening to me. Having all my symptoms (sore boobs, exhaustion, occasional nausea) and no baby. It’s so unfair....

Yes. It’s normal. For my first miscarriage I continued to have pregnancy symptoms for weeks 😞
