So angry over everything

Is anyone else like soooooo angry and mad about such random things on the first day of their period cycle? i swear i moved my chair off by one inch and i’m just furious, i want attention, i’m in pain, i want to kick a tree, i also just want a hug. this is so annoying i’m so done with periods 😡😡
