So my husband has been on testosterone injections for a couple years. He initially went off of them when he began trying to conceive and we were successful in November. Unfortunately, that ended in a miscarriage in December. He went back on the supplements when we found out we were pregnant. I asked my OB after the miscarriage if he needed to go back off those supplements again so we could continue TTC. He said there really wasn’t a need to do that because it only really has the potential to lower sperm count very insignificantly. However, everything I read says to absolutely not take T supplements when trying to conceive. I’m just wondering if anyone has conceived while their SO has been taking testosterone or had any experience with it.
