Hi I know I sound silly but I’ve been vaping since I was 15 (im20 now) and I’m planning on trying for a baby in the next coming years and I feel like I’d be over stressed finding out I’m preggy then just having to quit that day. What are some ways that helped you guys quit vaping/smoking
