I've had 33 day cycles for 4 years straight, now 28?!
I've had 33 day cycles like clockwork for 4 years straight (that I know of for sure because I've been tracking since then, most likely longer than that)
This month it's randomly 28?
Not stressed, healthy, idk what would trigger the change all the sudden.
Is this normal?
