Hey ladies!

I went in for my routine visit yesterday. My doctor asked if I had been having any contractions and I told him I have been having some but nothing too terrible for me to be concerned about. He checked to see if I was dilated and sure enough he said I was about at a 3 and my cervix is softened as well. I bled just a little yesterday evening a shedded some of my mucus plug and had some lower back cramps. Are their any signs I should look for, for labor signs?
