I got pregnant right away after, I’ve celebrated this pregnancy I believed it was okay... until this morning. My betas slowed.. 17dpo 621 20dpo 1,999 25dpo 5790. Went from 43 hour doubling time to 78 hours. Ultrasound this morning showed empty sack measuring 5w2d I should be 6w1d. Miscarriage is imminent. I remained optimistic until now.

I had two healthy easy pregnancies and now one after the other. I’m so alone in this pain and I don’t know what to do where to go or who to talk to if anyone. It’s crushing me. Help me please.
