Pregnancy making me vegan
Ive always been dairy free and plant based however before baby I would eat vegan breakfast and lunch. Dinner usually consisted of fish or a meat.
I’m have the worst food aversions right now! I can’t even look at or smell meat 🤢🤢🤢
I’ve been eating veggies and fruit for dinner. Last night was an apple and peanut butter.
I can’t wait to like food again. 3rd pregnancy and first trimester is always the hardest to eat.
