Can't eat/drink.

I've tried ringing a nurse, but can't get ahold of anyone

Does anyone know how long its safe to go without eating or drinking? I'm 11 + 3 and can't eat anything at all, and have barely gotten down half a bottle of water since midnight last night. I dont want to seem dramatic and go to the ER, but im concerned for the baby if I get too dehydrated.
