My spouse and I have an amazing 4 year old daughter. We got pregnant January of this year. Well, we ended up having a miscarriage (we found out in March). My LMP started October 31st and I was supposed to start my period yesterday (haven't yet). I was VERY sick with our daughter and was also nauseous the second pregnancy (even while miscarrying because my body  wouldn't accept it). I don't feel sick, hungry, or extra tired right now. Could I have another miscarriage before realizing I'm pregnant? Sorry this is so lengthy, 'm terrified of being pregnant again because the miscarriage was the worst experience of my life and I bled for 5 months straight afterward.
