5 weeks ultrasound what you can see??

Hi girls 
I have an scan next week. I became pregnant without having my period after my miscarriage and my doctor wanted an early ultrasound. I’m so worried it be too early to detect the baby.  I didn’t have period but I checked my ovulation every day and I guess I will be 5 weeks by the time I will have ultrasound. Does anyone have an early ultrasound experience???

I had one at 5+1 at my fertility clinic. All we could see was a small sac which was measuring on time, and possibly the start of a yolk sac. Had another scan at 6+2 and we were able to see the yolk sac, a small fetal pole and a heart beat. A week makes a big difference. At 5 weeks I wouldn’t expect to see more than a very small sac. Typically that early you’ll only see the gestational and yolk sac, so don’t be disappointed if you can’t see baby yet.

I had an ultrasound on Tuesday which was 5 weeks 4 days based on period but 5 weeks 1 on my presumed ovulation date. I saw a sac, yolk sac and a fetal pole (although that indicates I am further than I thought as usually after 5.5 weeks). It can be normal to just see a sac that early but you may see the start of more
