hey y’all so i’m on the pill(tri-sprintec) and my period has been irregular for a long time honestly. it used to be pretty normal, but now it starts at kinda random times(like in the middle of my ‘normal’ cycle week) and i’ll spot for weeks between periods. i always take the ‘sugar pills’ the last week of my birth control to try and make it regulate but idk what else to do. I know i should probably go to the doctor but life happens and i just haven’t:)
