Can you get pregnant from this?

My boyfriend ejaculated in my face and upper body (chest and tummy). I was giving him a bj before. I was wearing my shorts and underwear the whole time. I wiped it off with a dry shirt and we were chilling after. 35-45 minutes later, I decided to take a shower. I'm afraid that the sperm would swim inside me while taking a shower.
