Bfp after miscarriage

I had an ectopic Jan 2020 and a miscarriage in November and another miscarriage beginning of Jan 2021 and I used opks as soon as I stopped bleeding and ovulated barely a week or 2 after and now at 10 dpo I got a positive. We tested my hcg until 0 but I’m still eh about it cause what if it’s from early Jan?
