i never post on here but i need advice. recently i’ve been getting sharp stabbing cramps during my period. but they’re in my butt.

i’ve googled for months now trying to figure out what this is because the pain is crippling but it just says to take a bath and relax.

i’m currently on a contraceptive pill purely for cycle control but this has been happening for a while before i started this pill.

have any of you guys had this?

any tips on how to calm it down - painkillers arent helping much anymore :(
