Anxiety
Does anyone else suffer from serious anxiety between appointments? My anxiety gets so bad the further I get from my last appointment and the closer my next appointment gets. I have this fear something bad has happened since my last appointment and it terrifies me. I try so hard to push it away but it always creeps back in and takes my joy away.
