Weight gain during pregnancy.

I’m 28 weeks pregnant, weighing in at 186.

Pre pregnancy weight is 173.

I know that’s technically considered over weight but I worked out religiously and had a ton of muscle.

The scale is telling me that the last 2.5 weeks I’ve put on 3 pounds. This can’t just be fat right? I still count macros and make sure I’m eating healthy with the occasional treat here and there. But I feel like a 3 pound jump is a lot in just 2.5 weeks? Thoughts? Pics are from when I found out I was pregnant to now for reference.
