Im almost 7 weeks postpartum and had sex for the first time after baby. I wasn’t bleeding anymore but just had a little lochia still. Since having sex im spotting, mostly only when I go to the bathroom and a little on a liner. Its mostly pink, nit bright red. Its been 1.5 days since I had sex so worrying that it might be my period coming back. If you bled, how long did it last? Im a little crampy too. Also im exclusively breastfeeding
