Managing my money

Might be alil long I’ll try to make it short as possible So basically I’m a young mom living with my mother . Between paying her a month and all my other small bills it comes up to about $480 (not including credit card) it used to be $609 but I switch cell phone providers (thank god 😑 I hated paying my phone bill) . With my job now I make $14000 a year which isn’t shit I’m getting back $8000 in income tax . I need a car ASAP. Part of my monthly spending is $100 for a bus pass . Plus I’m trying to move out (I have a date of no later than nov but the sooner the better) ALMOST every check I’ve been buying something for my imaginary house lol & keeping it in our basement . So far I’ve gotten my bedroom set , kids twin beds , kitchen utensils, rags, a few cleaning products , microwave, a few pot/pan set , bowls cups etc . Bathroom set , couch .. & if I’m correct I only need mattress , tv’s , kids dresser (they’ll be sharing a room) rug, tv stand . I know I need more than this but this should be enough for me to have majority of stuff and will be okay for me to move out with something .. big question 🥁😂 (sorry I’m in a happy mood) with the $8000 your getting back Would you spend all that on a car (that’s what my plan was) ORRRR buy the rest of your house stuff (like literally EVERYTHING) & whatever remaining try to find a car in that range ? & i do want to add I DO NOT WANT NO MONTHLY PAYMENTS . I want to buy it out right so that’s why my plan was to use the whole income tax on a car . But I would like to hear anyone else’s point of view on why I should or shouldn’t use it all on a car . ❤️ idk if this is necessary but another reason I wanted a car ASAP is so I can quit this job & get like a driving/delivery job . They pay way more than what I do now . Thanks in advance

Edit : I need helping finding these cars that are $2000 😩 I need to have a car at least a 2015 or newer in order to Uber/lyft etc
