Hey all, I need some help.

I am 21 and have never gone to the gynecologist. I have sexual trauma and even the thought of going spread eagle is giving me so much anxiety. My therapist gave me recommendations to help but once I tried to make the appointment I started shaking and bailed out of the whole thing. I don’t know what to do. I know I need to go for my health but I’m stressing out about everything.

Does anybody relate to this? How do you calm yourself and your body down before these kinds of appointments?
