Last night my car got totaled, I ran out of gas on a highway that barely had a side stop to it so I pulled over to the side waiting for my boyfriend to bring me gas and before it happened someone rear ended me. I didn't have my hazards on because it was broad daylight when the guy hit me and he has insurance I don't. I still believe that I'm in the wrong. I'm upset because that car is all I had....
