Is some exercise better than none?
We have an elliptical at home and I do that for about an hour each day so far...I’m only 4 days in and I wonder if it’s effective or not in the long run. I watched a review online and they made fun of elliptical saying there’s no effect so I’m losing confidence already haha. I can’t go out running since I can only work out when I get home at night. I try pairing it with jump rope. All the gyms around me are closed so I don’t have many options. I’m sure YouTube videos can work too if I really wanted but I have found in the past they are not so much for me. Maybe I will give it a try again
