Hemorrhoids @ 35 weeks pregnant

What should I do being I have 2 visible hemorrhoids that came out today....and google says to avoid sitting for long periods of time and that’s literally what I do at work from 8 am to 7 pm....... I really want them to go away! I’m using the tucks wipes.
