I've just had a blood filled cyst removed from my left ovary, I feel healed but 2 weeks after the surgery I was due my period and now I'm 12 days late. I don't think I am pregnant as I only had intercourse once late and since the surgery only twice but I also know it could be that my body is shocked from the opperation and may have missed a period. But what I wanted to know is with a missed period does that mean I still ovelate? And is there still a chance I can get pregnant? I'm trying for a baby so just wanted to know if they have been through the same thing and managed to get pregnant?
