stomach pain?

So like ive been getting this werid stomach pains not like go to the hospital type of pain but like idk it feels more like a cramp my period is in about two weeks could it be pms? Im also nauseous and gassy😭 but idk any ideas?

Maybe you need to go to a gastroenterologist, may could be anything from irritable bowel syndrome, gastroparesis, gastritis, etc. or it could just be what you’re eating, if you’re eating raw vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, like brussels sprouts or cauliflower broccoli, they create more gas. It could also be maybe constipation if you’re not regular, increase your hydration increase your fiber and take, or it could be a symptom like you said of PMS. Is this normal for you or is this something new, if it’s something new then maybe it’s something else. Try eliminating different things, try cutting out dairy maybe you’re lactose intolerant, try cutting out food early enough at night so that you’re not digesting food while you sleep, try different things and see if it helps your situation, maybe take a pregnancy test for all you know the nausea could be from that, could be vertigo that’s causing the nausea etc. ￼
