TTC & Mental Health
Hey!
I was TTC a little while ago but put it on a pause because I realised I needed to get things sorted first with myself.
Most of the things I needed to work on then have been sorted!
However, I took the “Are you ready to conceive?” test on the Tommy’s website and there is still a common theme from last time;
Mental Health.
I have Anxiety, Depression and ADHD which is a weird bunch to deal with. My BMI was also a thing to think about. (I’m underweight)
I am just wondering if you guys have any tips for mental and physical health, and maintaining it?
I want to be the best mother I can possibly be.
I started Folic Acid gummies too.
(I will take any suggestions, however, I struggle to take tablets!)
