I had my baby 4 months ago & want to give my son a close sibling because I never had that growing up

Gove your body a chance to heal and your hormones a chance to regulate and normalize. 
Ideally, 18 months, is the soundest and safest gap.

The recommendation is 18 months. Most studies show increased risks when pregnancy’s are less than 18 months apart. Of course people do it, and have perfectly healthy pregnancy’s. But I know having my pregnancy’s a year apart has added a lot of stress after reading the increased risks of preterm labor and other complications
