EDD: Jan 25, She came Jan 27th

I woke up 4am Jan 26th with the intention of going to hospital as I was 40w 1d and whilst taking a bath my water broke.

Hubby came to fetch me as I was at my fathers house and we went to the hospital, unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions he was not allowed in with me which broke my heart as it’s our first child. I was in labour for 19hrs until I kept pestering the nurses that something was wrong , I could feel it. Only to find out baby was positioned wrong, so I went into an emergency c-section for face presentation plus my blood pressure kept rising so I had preeclampsia.

Baby was born 13:55 January 27th weighing 6.6lbs.

She’s the most sweetest, peaceful & loving girl, she enjoys kisses as she’s started smiling already. My only issue is she likes getting into a staring contest with me from 1am - 7am 😂
