Finally! After 42 weeks of pregnancy I was finished. I tried a last minute accupuncture treatment to get things going so I could have a home birth. Although I think it sped things up I still had to go to the hospital on friday morning to get induced. They broke my water and contractions started to get more intense. At 10.30 I officially started labor (i think i already had real contractions in the car around 8) and at 14.38 Wander was born! Pretty short labor, but intense. So, yes hospital, but no pain medication! (Possibly because there was no time)
