Basically we have started building an addition to the house for our babies. We’re due Aug 11th & probably won’t be allowed past 37 weeks (July 21st). I am 13w2d.. NIPT & NT scan have come back perfect and I know that doesn’t guarantee anything but it does give me the confidence to start early. I want to know when other twin mamas started setting up their nurseries, buying things, etc.… I figured if I start now we should be done by June 1st which gives us a full 4 solid months to have everything done. I’ll be 30 weeks around that time & I don’t want to be stressed about still having a bunch of things left to do especially knowing that around 32 weeks I’ll be seeing the MFM biweekly as well as the OB biweekly which calls for weekly appointments 🙀 These are our first babies so we’re at a lost lol. I’m just looking for stories/opinions from other twin mama’s on when is a good time to really start setting everything up? Do you wish you would’ve started earlier or later? And is 13weeks/beginning of 2nd trimester too early to start setting up?
