Low carb diet
I’ve been on a low carb diet for about 2 weeks now. I think I’ve been doing really well and have stayed at a calorie deficit in addition to eating about 25g of carbs or less per day.
My boyfriend and I are doing our valentines date this weekend and I figured I could still manage a low carb meal. But I want to go to this cool ice cream shop for dessert!!!! The ice cream is very sugary and full of carbs.
I don’t want to feel super sick or need to use the restroom urgently while we’re supposed to be having a romantic weekend.
Is it better if I reintroduce my body to high carb and sugary foods or just do it all at once when I eat the ice cream?
