Can't shake the last 8 lbs

I'm 1 year pp with baby #3.

I lost all my baby weight with my first two within the first 8 months.

I gained a little more this pregnancy (5 extra lbs), but I'm stuck in a rut!

I'm a sahm, very little time to myself (hubby works long hours). I love to eat healthy, but sometimes over eat healthy things.

I try to fit workouts in from FitOn in between mom-ing, homeschool, and housekeeping.

I eat between 1400-1600 calories a day, while trying to wean my babe from the breast. The whole "eat more to lose weight" has NEVER worked for me.

I'm definitely not overweight (134 lbs & 5'4), but heavier than what I'm used to... And just not happy with my appearance. (Struggling self-esteem junkie). I've been stuck at the same weight for about 4 months. I'd love to lose just 5 more pounds.

I have hashimoto's thyroiditis for 16 years, but my levels have always been normal without meds (even during pregnancy), so I don't think this has anything to do with it?

Anything helpful you can throw my way would be great!! Encouragement, tips, success stories, etc! TIA!!
