Don’t feel pregnant🥺

I’m 18 weeks with my second baby, and I don’t feel pregnant at all. With my first baby I remember feeling her move by now and everything😕 (I had my first baby July 2020) sometimes I’ll feel little pains near my C Sections scar, and I’ll feel him move maybe once a day but that’s it. I have my anatomy scan next week, but I was just wondering if anyone else felt this way
