Trigger warnings and TMI ahead, please be gentle with me. I’m not doing great right now.

I took the first pill at 11.30 yesterday morning and was instructed to wait 24 hours. (Termination at home)

I inserted 4 pills into my vagina at 11.30 this morning and nothing happened for almost three hours. Then some light cramps and light bleeding but very very light, not enough to soak a pad in the slightest. At 6pm I took the other two pills provided orally. After an hour I experienced some more cramping and bleeding but nothing heavy, no clots, no unbearable tightenings. Almost like my period on a good week.

It’s now verging on 10pm and not very much has happened. The cramps and bleeding are subsiding. What do I do now? I don’t feel like this has “worked” properly. My husband is back at work as of 2am and I’ll be alone with my kids. I’m terrified that I’ll need extra help and I have nobody to turn to.
