Been bleeding lightly since 1.30 yesterday red blood nw still aint stopped but now passing tiny clots/tissue

No cramps no pain i miscarried last month massive clots and small ones but this bleed different scared incase miscarrying am ringing 111 tomoz for advice and hopefully be seen by gp upset so much

Has any one had this and it was not a miscarriage in the end :( big bit is tiny bits altogether when moved not a big clot **
