Im 5 weeks pregnant and I woke up today with heavy bleeding and cramping I went to the ER and they did a ultrasound and couldn’t see a baby because it’s so early they did blood work and my Hcg is 10 the doctor also checked my cervix and it’s closed with no tissue. They told me they can’t confirm it’s a miscarriage they said it’s either early pregnancy bleeding, threatened miscarriage or a miscarriage. Wha do u guys think I’ve never gone through this ? I’m also still bleeding its night time now but it’s very little and small cramping
