I’ve posted this on here before but i can’t get rid of it

I’ve had this bump thingy on my lip for months now and i can’t get rid of it!!

I’ve tried exfoliating I’ve tried face masks I’ve tried a blackhead vacuum. I’ve tried popping it and nothing. It seems to me like it’s a really really deep black head but I’m not a dermatologist so what do i know. I’ve also tried picking at it so much that i have messed up the skin to the point that it dries up and i peel it off but then it is still here?! It’s not very noticeable unless you’re me but even so i would like to get rid of it

I just moved so i don’t have a doctor yet. Is it even a pimple? Is it a cold sore? Does anyone know
