Nifedipine (procardia) 30mg for pre-term labor ?

Has anyone taking this for pre-term labor? My doctor put me on 30mg twice a day for my contractions I’m 25weeks3d and went into preterm labor at 24 weeks and I’m just really

Scared now and scared to get those painful contractions again if you also were on this pill did it help you make it to full term pregnancy and how high was your dosage? I’m taking 60mg so I don’t know if it’s a lot or not ..sorry for all the questions I’ve been feeling so hopeless and sad ever since being in the hospital for a week to stop pre-term labor
