I am almost 20. I have 3 months... anyways I have a 11 month old and just had a miscarriage December 26th. Found out 2 days before I was pregnant on December 24th. We now want to try for baby #2 and I am on Escitalopram 20 MG (aka Lexapro). For anxiety and depression. (More so anxiety). Anyhow, is there any mamas who got pregnant and kept the pregnancy on this drug?

I was concerned about this as well. I have been trying for a baby and I got diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I’m finally regulated so I should get pregnant in no time. But I was on Zoloft I ended up getting off of it. Because I was concerned to be on it if I get pregnant some people stay on them it’s really just what your doctor thinks is best￼

I don’t know anything about this medication but your doctor should be able to answer your questions specifically about this one and if there are pregnancy concerns prescribe you something that is for sure safe. You probably wouldn’t even need to go in to be seen, just call the office and see what they say
