Missed period

So I haven’t had a period since end of November into December. I haven’t had sex since September and I was at the end of my period at that time and he pulled out. And I’ve also had 3 regular heavy periods since we’ve had sex that time. But I’m normally never this late. what should i do. i have family history of PCOS
