Breech baby=pelvic pain?

Question

I'm 32+5 and my baby is frank breech, which is where his butt is in my pelvis and his feet are by his head.
My first pregnancy was a breeze and he was head down.  This pregnancy I've been a hot mess and in extreme pain.  Does it have anything to do with his position?  I feel like my organs are going to fall out.
I was in tears tonight after walking around Home Depot!  I can barely move, is anyone else going through this?

My baby is breech and I was diagnosed with spd, but I was under the assumption the pain your mentioning was from the pelvis separating, so I don’t no if it’s related to their positioning or not? But I do have that pain too and it def sucks! Hang in there! Not too much longer for us!

My first was also frank breech and I had no pain at all. She did not turn though so we scheduled a c-section just before 39 weeks. My second is already head down and I've been experiencing pelvic pain since about 28 weeks. Could maybe just be coz it's your second baby🤷‍♀️

Yup mine is breech and it feels like I’ve been kicked in the vag everyday, my legs hurt in the morning and now I’m having trouble sleeping because his head is right under my rib. My first was head down and I never had these issues.
