Clothes for hospital bag?
Last time I stayed in the hospital gown or a robe pretty much the whole time and I remember putting on my leggings and shirt when we were getting ready to be discharged and actually feeling human again. I was like next time I am getting dressed much sooner. But now I’m struggling with what/how much clothing to pack.
Our hospital covid policy is only 24hrs (which I believe starts from when the baby is born, not including L&D, and obv only if there are no complications). So I feel like technically I only need one set of pjs and one set of clothes, but I’m thinking maybe an extra set just in case we have to stay longer for whatever reason? Am I overthinking this?
As far as what to bring, so far I have:
-Nursing sleep bra
-Still need some sort of nightgown or pajama top situation (and pj pants) with boob access
-Postpartum leggings
-Nursing sweatshirt
I just want to be cozy, but also have easy access for breastfeeding, skin to skin, whatever they need to check down there, etc.
