I work in the ER and my husband and I have been struggling with infertility.

Being in the ER, I see all sorts of situations, life and death.

Today I am so especially angry.

Two patients came in for an overdose while their child was at home. (Both being charged for child endangerment - thank god!)

How is it fair that drug addicts have no difficulty getting pregnant and can care less about their offspring but yet people like us are struggling to have a child that is actually wanted and will be well cared for and well taken care of?!
