Non hormonal birth control
I need recommendations on a non hormonal birth control I’ve tried the pills and patch and they’ve given me horrible anxiety and made me so nauseous and sad. I don’t want a iud but I’ve heard of sponges and wanna know if anyone uses them and the pro/ cons of it
