So I had my second c section a few months ago and when I was having it the surgeon took a while and she said " ur utrues kinda attached to the tissue so we couldnt take utrues out to close it " she said it will be bad if they pull it .?

First I didnt know they take ur utrues out of u 😖 she said thy do to make it quick ?

And second when I asked her is it serious that my utrues attached to the tissue she said no not serious . Even when I mentioned it to my provider she said same thing. It's ok . Anyone had this ?? Or any drs here know why this happened ??? I'm kinda worried
