6/7 dpo pink spotting

So after me and my husband done the deed earlier (sorry tmi) I noticed light pink watery spotting ... could it be implantation? I never before had light pink spotting before and it was only when I wiped it’s gone now no flow. I have been crampy and nauseous and bloated lately.
