Trying to have kids

Has anyone every tried to use these products to conceive? We haven’t been using protection or over 2 years and if it happened it happened. Now we feel as if we are prepared to finally have kids. Since we haven’t been using protection I figured we would need something similar to this to boost our chances. Does this work and what are your opinions about this brand? Is there another brand you recommend me try?
